Upon reaching the hotel at 6 PM, I found my room was not ready, and unfortunately, it wasn't set up for a couple, making it uncomfortable for us. The room size with twin beds was also smaller than expected. However, the staff was friendly and helpful, especially Mr Salem and Mr Hassan. The location, breakfast, and overall value for money were great, but there were challenges with reaching the place easily and getting money exchanged on-site. The dining experience lacked variety, although the service was respectful and room amenities very nice.
